The WF MINI (WFMINI-01) is a compact, machined-steel hot tapping unit designed for DN50–DN250 branch connections on live water-based heating and cooling systems. Rated for up to 1500 PSI (600 PSI recommended) and operating across a wide -40 °C to 150 °C temperature range, it delivers reliable, shutdown-free tie-ins in tight mechanical spaces. Featuring a manual drive with 0.007” feed per rotation, 8.5” maximum axial travel, and a cold-rolled 1045 steel drill shaft, the WF MINI ensures precise control, durability, and safety for medium-diameter HVAC and hydronic applications.
