Remington Hs1 – Energy Transfer Station (Ets) Construction

Project Scope
The project involved the full construction and mechanical outfitting of the ETS, including the installation of key system components designed to support multiple building functions:
✔ Two low-temperature hot water heat exchangers dedicated to space heating
✔ One high-temperature hot water heat exchanger serving radiators, space heaters, and domestic hot water systems
✔ One chilled water heat exchanger for space cooling
Testing & Commissioning
To ensure system integrity and performance, all installed piping underwent comprehensive pressure testing, cleaning, and flushing. These steps were essential in verifying operational readiness and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Project Impact
This ETS installation significantly enhances the building’s thermal efficiency, providing stable and controlled heating and cooling distribution throughout the development. The completed system supports reliable energy transfer, improved performance, and long-term operational sustainability for the Remington HS1 facility.
