WellFab successfully completed a pair of 8″ hot taps in the upper mechanical room of a major banking facility in Scarborough. The work was carried out with precision planning and strict safety controls to ensure seamless integration within the building’s mechanical system.

Scope of Work

Two 8″ live hot taps
• Secure valve installation and alignment
• Controlled cutting with verified coupon capture
• Pressure monitoring and integrity checks
• Clean tie-ins and system restoration
