Project Scope Highlights
The Energy Transfer Station is designed to support the building’s heating, cooling, and domestic hot water demands through a reliable and efficient mechanical system.
✔ Complete supply of labour, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required for the ETS installation
✔ Installation carried out in accordance with the latest project drawings, specifications, addenda, and site instructions
✔ Mechanical piping and equipment installation completed to meet Ontario Building Code, National Building Code, City of Toronto requirements, CSA standards, and all applicable authorities
✔ Coordinated execution to support project schedule, site safety, and quality expectations

Testing & Commissioning
All piping systems are completed with proper pressure testing, system cleaning, flushing, and quality checks to ensure reliable performance and compliance with project requirements. Each stage of installation is reviewed carefully to meet project specifications, industry standards, and WellFab’s internal quality expectations.
