6″ HOT TAP – NEW CONNECTION INSTALLATION

Project Overview

WellFab utilized a 6″ Tonisco valve on a 6″ pipeline to safely create a new connection without shutting down the system. The project included valve installation, precision live tapping, secure coupon capture, pressure control, and system restoration.

Scope of Work

✓ Installed 6″ Tonisco hot tap valve
✓ Performed precision live hot tap on 6″ line
✓ Maintained pressure control during the tapping process
✓ Completed secure coupon capture
✓ Prepared clean tie-in connection
✓ Restored the connection point after completion
