From equipment installation and live system tie-ins to electrical, controls, and differential pressure management, every component was engineered for stability and long-term maintainability. Comprehensive testing, commissioning, and documentation ensured code compliance, operational readiness, and a smooth, fully documented turnover.

Boiler Plant & Chiller Plant
We installed high-efficiency boilers with gas train, supply/return headers, primary/secondary pumping, expansion management, air/dirt separation, and code-compliant flues with condensate treatment—complete on vibration-isolated housekeeping pads.
We set and connected the chiller (air- or water-side as specified) with chilled-water headers, condenser connections where applicable, strainers, isolation/balancing valves, and differential-pressure control for stable flow and temperature.

Testing & Turnover
We completed heating and chilled-water tie-ins to the building loop using planned live work where feasible, with engineered supports, guides/anchors, and insulation restoration for a clean, maintainable finish.
We provided switchgear/MCC connections, protection and interlocks, organized cable routing, labeled terminations, and a local control panel/HMI for alarms, statuses, and setpoints—no BAS required.
We performed flushing, water treatment, pressure and leak testing, functional performance tests, and start-up, followed by a full QA/QC package with test records, photos, redlined as-builts, O&M manuals, and training.

Project Impact
WellFab delivered a turnkey boiler and chiller plant build-out at 252 Sackville, from rigging and placement to piping, power, controls, and commissioning. The result is a reliable, efficient central plant with clean tie-ins and minimal disruption to building operations.
