24″ HOT TAP – LIVE OPERATION

Project Overview

This project involved a 24″ live hot tap on an active pipeline where shutdown or drain-down was not required. WellFab planned and executed the work using a controlled approach that included secure valve setup, equipment alignment, live cutting, monitoring, coupon capture, and final connection verification.

The completed tie-in provided a reliable new connection point while maintaining system operation throughout the process.
