Remington HS1

This contract involves the general construction of an Energy Transfer Station (ETS) at the P1 ETS mechanical room within the Remington HS1 Development, located at 25 Water Walk Drive, Markham, Ontario

- Construction of the ETS, featuring:
- Two low temperature hot water heat exchangers for space heating
- One high temperature hot water heat exchanger for radiators, space heaters, and domestic hot water
- One chilled water heat exchanger for space cooling
Installation tasks include setting up all interior piping and equipment downstream of the main isolation valves as per the contract drawings, and managing existing DPS piping by removing bypasses or end caps, as well as insulating, jacketing, and labeling.
- Testing and maintenance involve pressure testing, cleaning, and flushing all installed piping to ensure proper functionality and compliance.
