Wellfab has achieved a remarkable milestone with the rapid and efficient completion of a state-of-the-art 500KW biogas plant at the Toronto Zoo. Completed within just 6 months, this cutting-edge facility is set to meet a third of the Zoo’s electricity needs while making a substantial environmental impact by cutting CO2 emissions by 10,000 tonnes.
- Comprehensive 3D Design and Installation: From conception to execution, Wellfab expertly handled the entire scope of the project, leveraging advanced 3D design techniques to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Diverse Piping and Component Integration: The project featured the installation of a wide range of pipe sizes, from 12” to ½”, using various materials including stainless steel, HDPE, and carbon steel. This extensive piping network supports critical components such as pumps, tanks, heat exchangers, and boilers.
