TONISCO Hot Tap Valve (DN20-DN100)

Description

Tonisco’s line of hot tapping valves are designed for weldable pipeline systems. The range covers all the nominal dimensions from DN20 to DN600. All the valves are full bore, permitting the hot tapping to be carried out with the largest possible hole size. Tonisco Hot Tapping Valves are designed to be used only once. 

 After the new line is completed by hot tapping the sluice plate will be removed and the controlling opening welded shut. As a result, there will be a new completely welded outlet which is easy to insulate. The compact size reduces the travel required for the drilling machine’s boring bar to make taps. The light weight ensures the easy mounting and handling of the valves during the installation work.
